    The Students' Union Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 1st March 6-8pm in the Great Hall, Creative Campus.

     

    This Meeting will also include Hustings for Sabbatical Officer Candidates.

     

    FREE TRAVEL: For students who study or live at Hope Park please meet outside the Security Lodge at 5:30pm

    For students who live at Aigburth Campus please meet at theTrinity Room at 5:30pm


    What exactly is the AGM?

    The Annual General Meeting or AGM is a key date in the Students’ Union’s calendar where motions, submitted by students, are debated and voted on by members. Here decisions about union policy, funding and campaigns are made. Every student is a member of the Students’ Union, so the AGM is open to all.

     

    Submit a Motion or Apply for Funding!

    If you would like to submit a motion or a funding application for your society, team or project, please submit it to the Students’ Union President, pres@hope.ac.uk via email by the Wednesday 29th February Please see the attached model motion from NUS and the funding application pack

     

    Want support?

    If you would like support in writing your motion or funding application there will be a Policy Surgery with the Union Secretary, Ben Ramsdale, on Monday 27th January in the Eden Building Pod, on the ground floor from 6-7:30pm.

    Refreshments will be provided and children are welcome to attend.
