Liverpool Hope University has officially signed People & Planet's Fossil Free Declaration! This is a huge moment as it means ALL universities in the city of Liverpool are fossil free, and we have become one of the 109 universities that have taken a stand against fossil fuel industries. 

Your VP Welfare and Community Ella Taylor, and Student Sustainability Representative Ellie Baldwin have been working on this campaign since the summer, so the SU are thrilled to see it go through at last! We extend our sincere thanks to former students Mel and Ebony, who started the campaign back in 2021, and former VP Welfares Stephanie and Liv who worked hard to push this through during their time in office.
