Green Impact
Green Impact is a change and engagement programme – it helps people understand sustainability and social responsibility, shows them what they can do to make a difference, and supports them in achieving these actions.
Over 400 organisations have used the model to date to reach more than 100k people, 20k of whom have actively taken part in the programme. Over 2.5k students have been trained and participated too. For more information visit www.nus.org.uk/greenimpact.
Auditing
We are looking for volunteer auditors to visit Green Impact teams and conduct audits. Each auditor will be fully trained on the skills and content of auditing through a half-day of training. Auditors will then complete one or more audit putting their newly developed skills into practice. An audit should take between one and two hours to complete depending on the size of the department.
What skills do I need?
No technical knowledge is needed! Full training will be provided to fit in with any learning or access requirements. All you need is an interest, enthusiasm and commitment.
