Stress Control with Talk Liverpool

The 'Stress Control Course' can teach you how to reduce and control your reaction to your current stress levels. We teach these techniques in six, 90 minute sessions (including a break).

 

Each course will cover:

 

Week 1: 14th April 2016 - What is Stress?

Week 2: 21st April 2016 - Controlling Your Body

Week 3: 28th April 2016 - Controlling Your Actions

Week 4: 5th May 2016 - Controlling Your Actions (Room EDEN 010)

Week 5: 12th May 2016 - Controlling Panicky feelings & Getting a Good Night's Sleep

Week 6: 19th May 2016 - Well-being and Controlling Your Future
