This training will provide participants with a variety of skills to chair meetings effectively. It will be of particular use to course reps, club and societies chairs but is open to all Liverpool Hope students. The training will focus on:

• Identify the responsibilities of a chairperson
• Recognise the characteristics of a good chairperson
• Understand the skills required to be a good chairperson
• Identify some DO’s and DON’Ts for a good chairperson.
