Do you need help with developing your business idea and putting together your own business plan? The Hope Business Start-Up course will give you an overview of all the key elements of business planning.

Course dates: 

Friday 2nd May 2014, 10am - 4pm

Course content:

By attending this course you will develop the skills to:

• Define your company mission
• Set your company aims and objectives
• Understand the importance of Market research 
• Check out your competitors
• Design and develop a marketing plan
• Complete your company financial forecast

The sessions will cover:

• Identifying your company mission statement
• Setting your aims and objectives
• How to conduct your own SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats)
• Learning market research and marketing techniques
• Developing your financial skills

On completion of this course it you will gain the skills to be able to turn your business idea into a reality. Through increasing your business confidence this course will give you the necessary skills to put together a comprehensive business plan to communicate to potential funders and investors the overall picture of your business idea, and will help you to develop and maintain a successful business.
