The drama society is a fun, creative, and relaxed space that allows students with any level of acting, directing, scriptwriting, or technical experience to express themselves through performance and design. We run sessions every Tuesday, 6-8 pm on Creative Campus, usually as rehearsals for one of our upcoming shows or just for fun! We kickstart the year with a full-scale production, last year's was DNA by Dennis Kelly, and we are very excited to put on this year's production of Blood Brothers by Willy Russell. We participate in the Angelfield festival around Easter time, producing a series of monologues, duologues and short scenes chosen and directed by our society. We also love to encourage and celebrate new writing by performing new pieces written by members of our society and other societies in our very own “Cornerstone Fringe”, which we hope to repeat just before Christmas. There are always socials to get involved in, and you’ll probably find us enjoying ourselves at our sponsor, “The Fly” on Hardman Street, to start the night!
